These portable electric heaters were sold in black, silver, or white, with tower models measuring approximately 26–28 inches tall and 8–11 inches wide, tabletop models approximately 18 inches tall and 8 inches wide, and wall models approximately 17 inches tall and 23 inches wide.

Approximately 99,400 units were sold nationwide through retailers including Amazon, Ace Hardware, Atomiusa.com, Best Buy, BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco, Hammacher Schlemmer, Home Depot, Lowes.com, Menards, Sam's Club, and Walmart stores from October 2019 through April 2024, priced between $80 and $150 depending on the model. The firm has received one report of a heater turning on without user input, though no injuries have been reported.
