The company has received seven reports of a substance developing in the container after opening; however, no illness in consumers or pets has been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wipes and request a full refund by submitting a picture of the product via an online form at http://eyelidwiperecall.com/. The refund will be sent by check via U.S. mail. After requesting the refund, consumers should dispose of the product in its container with household trash.
