SourceOne Ventures Inc. is recalling the Windsor Queen Xtrabed Mobile Murphy Bed, sold exclusively online at Wayfair from November 2016 through April 2023 for between $1,500 and $1,860. About 12,000 units were sold in the United States; approximately 275 additional units were sold in Canada.

The outer cabinet on the front or smaller side of the Xtrabed can break and fall when the bed is opened from the front, creating an injury hazard. Additionally, the Xtrabed can tip over if not properly anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards. The company has received 19 reports of the outer case breaking and falling when opened, resulting in 11 injuries to consumers' shoulders, back, legs, knees, or feet. One report involved a tip-over incident causing bruising to an arm. Recalled models have a manufactured date prior to May 2022 and do not have a notch in the small tray visible when opened.
