Crye Precision LRB Leg Loops Recalled Due to Fall Hazard
Crye Precision is recalling LRB Leg Loops because the buckle can loosen and slip when worn with a load-rated belt, creating a fall hazard. About 300 units are affected.
What this means for you
Minor labeling or packaging issue, or a voluntary precautionary recall. Risk of harm is low but real — follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Our severity reasoning: The source explicitly states no injuries have been reported, and the hazard is theoretical. The recall is precautionary in nature, warranting a Moderate severity rating per the rubric criterion that "no illnesses/injuries reported and the hazard is theoretical" scores at most 3, with voluntary precautionary recalls scoring 2.
