Yamaha Recalls Grizzly ATVs and Wolverine X2 ROVs for Incorrect Manuals

Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A. is recalling approximately 1,500 units of 2019 model Grizzly ATVs and Wolverine X2 Side-by-Side vehicles (ROVs). The recall is due to a defective owner's manual. While the cover of the manual displays the correct model, the contents inside provide instructions for a different model.
These vehicles were sold exclusively at Yamaha ATV and Side-by-Side dealers nationwide from June 2018 through May 2019. Grizzly ATVs were sold for between $9,900 and $10,500, while Wolverine X2 Side-by-Side ROVs were sold for between $12,700 and $15,300. No injuries or deaths have been reported in connection with this issue.
Consumers should immediately contact Yamaha to obtain a free replacement owner's manual. Yamaha is also contacting all registered owners directly by U.S. mail, and the envelope contains the free replacement manual.
