The SKU number 7939721 is printed on the price sticker on the bottom, along with date codes 12/2013, 8/2014, or 12/2014. A tracking label on the underside contains the date code, "Pottery Barn Kids," "LOT 1, BATCH 1," and "JINHUA, CHINA."

These bottles were sold at Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Outlet stores nationwide, through the Pottery Barn Kids catalog, and online at www.potterybarnkids.com from June 2014 through September 2015 for about $16. The bottles were manufactured by Amax Enterprises (HK) Limited, of China. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled water bottles from children. They can return the bottles to the nearest Pottery Barn Kids store or contact the firm's toll-free number at 844-421-8062 for free shipping information. Consumers will receive a full refund or a replacement water bottle, plus a $20 Pottery Barn Kids gift card.
