Plain-English summary
Columbia Sportswear Company is recalling Omni-Heat™ Lithium-Polymer Rechargeable Batteries that were sold with specific electric jackets. The recall involves battery packs that power heating systems in the Omni-Heat™ Electric Wader Widgeon, Omni-Heat™ Electric Big Game, and Omni-Heat™ Gale Warning Interchange jacket styles. Consumers should immediately remove the battery pack from the jacket and contact Columbia Sportswear Company for instructions to return both battery packs for free replacements.
