Guidecraft has received two reports of tip-over incidents, including one report of a child who suffered minor contusions and abrasions. The toys were manufactured by Mega Profit Trading Ltd. of China and sold at various catalogs, Guidecraft.com, and other Internet retailers nationwide from July 2010 through April 2011 for about $180. Approximately 1,800 units were sold in the United States and 350 in Canada.
