The specific units affected have production date codes 09E 0610, 09E 0624, or 09E 0903 molded into the underside of the electronic control module.

The recall is being issued because a defective capacitor in the electronic control module can overheat, creating a risk of smoke and fire. NESCO has received three reports of overheating resulting in smoke or fire, but no injuries have been reported.
