The 'Happy Kids' brand name is printed on the neck tag inside the sweatshirts. The sets were sold at Chocolate Soup stores in Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, and North Carolina from June 2009 to February 2010 for approximately $45.
No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard. Alternatively, consumers may return the product to the store where it was purchased for a full refund.
