Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Roman blinds and return them to any IKEA store for a full refund. The blinds can be identified by a sewn-in label at the top edge featuring the IKEA logotype, the article name MELINA, the 5-digit supplier number 19395, a four-digit date stamp, and the words "Made in Taiwan."
