The recalled rugs measure 30 inches by 54 inches and feature a black-and-white zebra skin design. They were sold between December 2007 and July 2008 for between $50 and $70 under J.C. Penney item number MF728-1050.

The recall was issued because the rugs do not meet the federal flammability standard for small rugs and do not have the required flammability warning label. The rugs were manufactured in China. No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with the use of these products.
