These units were manufactured between the 41st week of 2000 and the 26th week of 2003 and were sold nationwide through heating, ventilation, and air conditioning dealers and contractors between October 2000 and September 2005.

The recall is being issued because the unit's control board can ignite, which in certain units can result in the ignition of flammable material adjacent to the unit. The company has received three reports of minor property damage, but there are no reports of injuries.
