The issue was identified when an FSIS Consumer Safety Inspector found return products that had not been produced under known inspection conditions. A subsequent investigation confirmed that the establishment produced some products outside of their approved hours of inspection. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
