Additionally, the recall covers 1-lb. vacuum-sealed packages of fully cooked YOUBITE Turkey Knacks Wieners, Nurnbergs Turkey Brats, Grillwurst Turkey Brats, and Spicy Grillwurst Turkey Bratwurst. All affected items have lot numbers ending in 100918 through 100919.
These items were sold to consumers at farmers markets in Southern California. The problem was discovered by the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) during routine inspection activities. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
