These items bear establishment number EST. 19140 inside the USDA mark of inspection and were shipped to a distribution center in Wisconsin.
The problem was discovered on July 21, 2017, by a company employee during routine product packaging activities. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
