The issue was discovered when the establishment performed allergen testing validation on finished soup and found it tested positive for dairy due to receiving an incorrect ingredient component. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them, and restaurants are urged not to serve them. The products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
