The error occurred because the wrong back panel was placed into the labeling machine, resulting in a label for a different product (Jamaican Jerk style rice with chicken) being printed on the backside. This could cause consumer confusion regarding the actual ingredients. The products were sold wholesale, online, and to retail establishments nationwide.
