The affected products bear establishment number P-21094 and have packaging dates from November 19, 2014, through January 4, 2015. They were produced from December 1, 2014, through January 5, 2015, and distributed for retail sale in Chicago, Illinois. FSIS and the company have received no reports of illness due to consumption of these products.
