The products bear establishment number P-4121A inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations in Illinois and Wisconsin and donated to organizations in Denver.
The issue was discovered on January 16, 2019, when establishment personnel observed production employees with nut allergen stickers and determined that a Coconut Teriyaki Tropical seasoning was being used. FSIS was notified on January 17, 2019. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and should throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
