The recall was initiated after FSIS personnel discovered during routine verification tasks that the establishment produced amenable product at an off-site facility without the benefit of federal inspection. The products were subsequently repackaged and labeled with the USDA mark of inspection at the federal establishment. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
