Approximately 12,236 vehicles are affected. Owner notification letters were mailed on three dates: May 22, 2025 (Phase 1), October 31, 2025 (Phase 2), and December 12, 2025 (Phase 3).
Owners are advised to charge their vehicles to a maximum of 80% battery capacity until the repair is completed. Dealers will update the battery management system software at no charge.
