The original population of tires may fail under prolonged use and become unseated from the rims. The additional population of tires may be more susceptible to failure due to road hazards. This tire damage, failure, or unseating increases the risk of a crash.

Lionshead will notify owners, and dealers will replace the tires with compliant ones. The recall of the initial population began in February 2014, and the recall for the expanded population is expected to begin in June 2014.
