The affected products are identified by Batch No. SARI-015 with an expiry date of 01/2019, and Batch No. SRI-09 with an expiry date of 04/2018. The products were distributed in New York via three retail stores and directly to 26 individual consumers in Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, Vermont, and Puerto Rico.

Consumers who purchased these products should stop using them and contact Butala Emporium, Inc. for a refund or further information.
