Consumers who have these meal kits should not consume the onions or any other ingredients from the kits. They should discard the products or return them to the place of purchase for a refund. Individuals who have consumed the affected products and are experiencing symptoms of Salmonella infection, such as diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps, should contact their healthcare provider.
