Consumers should immediately stop using the paddles and contact Werner Paddles for a full refund as a check or store credit, completing the recall form on the Werner website. To collect, consumers must destroy the paddle by cutting it into four pieces, halfway through each blade and halfway through each side of the shaft, and upload a photo.
