Children's Two-Piece Pajamas and Lounge Dresses Flammability Violation Recall
Koala Tree Enterprises (DBA Lovey & Grink) is recalling approximately 23,720 children's two-piece pajamas and lounge dresses because they violate federal flammability regulations for children's sleepwear and pose a risk of burn injuries.
What this means for you
Minor labeling or packaging issue, or a voluntary precautionary recall. Risk of harm is low but real — follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Our severity reasoning: The source explicitly states no injuries have been reported. The hazard is a violation of federal flammability regulations for children's sleepwear with theoretical risk of burn injury, not a reported or confirmed harm event. This meets the criteria for Moderate severity: a risk-of-harm product where injury has not yet been reported, and no agency classification as FDA Class I or USDA Class I is provided.
