The batteries were sold at firearm dealers, law enforcement supply stores, and online via Amazon.com and the NexTorch website from July 2007 to July 2011 for about $2 per battery. Consumers should immediately stop using the battery and contact NexTorch for instructions on how to receive a free replacement.
