The Signature Gourmet™ models were sold from June 2004 through March 2009 for about $20, while the Kitchen Gourmet® models were sold from August 2006 through December 2008 for about $10.

The affected products are identified by the following model and item numbers: Kitchen Gourmet® 10-Cup Coffeemaker (Model XQ-673K, Item W14A3714) and Signature Gourmet® 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker (Model XQ-673BT or CM4193D, Item W14A5084). The name is printed on the front of the unit, and the model and item numbers are on a sticker on the bottom. Because the firm is out of business, the remedy is no longer available.
