These Tiffany-style lamps feature glass shades with specific designs and were sold by ShopNBC between November 2005 and April 2006. The Dragonfly torchiere was sold as part of a three-lamp set, while the Petunia, Iris, and Rose torchieres were sold individually. The lamps were imported from China.
The recall is due to an electrical problem that can cause the lamps to spark, smoke, or burn, posing a fire or burn hazard. ValueVision has received five reports of the lamps sparking, smoking, or burning, which resulted in minor property damage. Additionally, one minor burn injury has been reported.
