FDA (Food) recall action 91976
The FDA (Food) publishes a recall like this one as 2 separate product records. They share a firm, a date and a cause; this page is all of them in one place, so the scale of the action is visible rather than spread across 2 pages.
Products contain soy that is not declared on the label.
The agency’s own wording, quoted from the enforcement report.
The unit total adds up the quantities the agency stated for each product. Where a product record gave no figure, or gave a weight rather than a count, it contributes nothing — so the real total is at least this, never less.
North American Food Dist. Co., Inc. is recalling Kagome Chuno Sauce 16.9 fl. oz bottles (UPC 4901306097519) due to undeclared soy. Approximately 125 bottles were distributed in CA, CO, and NV.
Kagome Worchester Sauce in 16.9 fl. oz plastic bottles is recalled because it contains soy that is not declared on the label, posing a risk to consumers with soy allergies.
