Why these products were recalled

If the system experiences an overvoltage / power surge it can cause a short circuit condition within the Main- cabinet. If this issue occurs, the user may experience an electrical fire within the cabinet, see or smell smoke emitting from the cabinet, or hear a popping sound coming from the cabinet.

The agency’s own wording, quoted from the enforcement report.

The unit total adds up the quantities the agency stated for each product. Where a product record gave no figure, or gave a weight rather than a count, it contributes nothing — so the real total is at least this, never less.
