Consumers should immediately stop using the pressure-cooking function and contact SharkNinja at 888-370-1733 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET), email [email protected], or visit https://www.rqa-inc.com/client/SharkNinja/ or www.ninjakitchen.com for a free replacement lid. Air frying and other functions may continue to be used.
