What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: Eight reported fire incidents with the recalled engines establish a significant injury/property-damage risk profile. Although no injuries have been reported to date, the pattern of confirmed fires combined with the inherent hazard of burn injury from overheating equipment meets the Severe criteria.
